Future Care Needs and Costs Analysis – A future care needs and cost analysis, also known as a life care plan, is a dynamic document that outlines the goods and services and associated costs an individual will need over the course of their lifetime due to a subject injury. These assessments and the subsequent reports are completed by one of our Certified Life Care Planners. Our team has vast experience preparing reports for clients who have sustained injuries from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and more.
Critique and Rebuttal Reports: When providing critique and/or rebuttal reports, our Certified Life Care Planners will review and comment on the expert report prepared by another health care professional. Using our strong understanding of the personal injury field and our expertise in rehabilitation, our Certified Life Care Planners will provide an objective, defensible report that holds up to intense professional scrutiny.
Loss of Service in Wrongful Death: A loss of service in wrongful death is a comprehensive assessment that analyzes all quantifiable losses the bereaved have sustained as the result of a wrongful death. Our Certified Life Care Planner will generate a report that outlines all areas for which the bereaved is entitled to receive compensation.
Case Management Services: When providing case management services, one of our rehabilitation consultants will work to oversee and manage a client’s care as they navigate through the rehabilitation process. Our consultant will work in collaboration with all members of the health care team to ensure all treatment goals are met and that all available avenues for treatment are pursued.
